Chemical Nickel Plating
We offer:
- Electroless nickel plating of aluminum and steel with a phosphorus content of 7-9% from Enthone,
- Nickel plating of hardened, acid-resistant chrome-nickel steel to increase corrosion resistance,
- Nickel plating of large dimensions - up to 2500mm x 2000mm.
The electroless nickel plating process produces hard nickel-phosphorus layers. The varied phosphorus content in nickel coatings provides a wide range of applications for protection against corrosion and abrasion. The use of the latest nickel baths enables us to coat steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass and others.
- the created layer has the same thickness on all surfaces of the detail, is homogeneous and independent of the substrate structure
- subjecting nickel to the annealing (dehydrogenation) process
- we obtain much greater hardness and high abrasion resistance
- high ductility, good adhesion and high melting point
- good electrical and thermal conductivity, good soldering capabilities
The standard thickness of the nickel coating is 8µm - 15µm. Galwanpro can offer nickel plating with a coating of up to 50 micrometers.
